Purpose of Award

For exemplary achievements as a practitioner in one of the professions in technology.

Eligibility Criteria

Any member in good standing may initiate a nomination for this award. The nomination should explain the extent to which these accomplishments have been recognized by peers, supervisors and professionals or other relevant organizations.

Award 

One $500.00 award per region

Submission Instructions

1. Scan any supporting documents (the abstract, nomination letter, signed letters of support, supplementary evidence, etc.) into a single pdf file.
2. Title the files as follows: Your Name-title of Award Nomination-Region. (e.g., Jane Smith-Professional Practice Award-Region 3.pdf.)
3. Complete the online Award Application Form.
4. Attach your supporting documents in the single pdf file to the end of the form.
